Dispatch and shipping time
We will dispatch your order from one of our warehouses within 2-10 business days of receiving your payment. Depending on where you are located, it will take up to 10 days after dispatch for the shipment to reach you. We use DHL or ARAMEX.
Note: Please verify you listed the correct shipping address on your order before making payment, as we can no longer alter the shipping address in the system once your payment is processed.
What happens when I am not at home for delivery?
Someone has to sign for delivery but it doesn't always have to be you. It might happen that the shipping company asks your neighbor to sign for the parcel(s) and leaves it there.
If not, they will leave a card with information on where your parcel(s) is/are and what you should do next.
Usually if you aren't there the second or third delivery attempt, they store it within their depot.
This allows you a few days to pick it up before it is shipped back to us.
How can I track my order?
When you get your shipping confirmation email you also find your personal tracking number in that same email. When you click that tracking number you will be taken to the tracking website.
My package is not traceable. What can I do?
After getting the shipment confirmation mail it can take up to 3 days until the tracking code is active. If you still experience problems please don’t hesitate to hit us up via email@example.com.
